Dangam Corp. ("the Company") is committed to protecting the personal information of its users in accordance with applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect your personal information.

Article 3. Retention Period

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is destroyed without delay.

Article 4. Sharing With Third Parties

Article 7. Destruction of Personal Information

• Timing: Destroyed without delay when the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved
• Method: Electronic files are deleted in an unrecoverable manner; paper documents are shredded or incinerated

Article 10. Protection of Children's Personal Information

Our app services target users aged 13 and older. Our services are not primarily directed at children.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• Where a user under 14 is subject to the collection of personal information, we obtain verifiable consent from their legal guardian in accordance with Korean law.
• Legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of a child's personal information via the contact in Article 9.
• Information collected from children is never used for marketing or shared with third parties.
• If we become aware that personal information of a child was collected without proper consent, we will delete that information immediately.
